All orders will be processed within 3 business days. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, however that cannot be guaranteed. Orders will be shipped with UPS GROUND OR USPS. Once the packages have left our facility, there is a 3-7 business day estimated arrival time. While most orders will arrive between 3-4 business days, we cannot make guarantees on the speed of which UPS or USPS delivers them. We are not responsible for items delayed by UPS or USPS. Please note delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. 

Expect an emailed GIFT CARD within 3-5 days after the delivery of your return. This amount is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. GIFT CARDS will expire one year from issued date. 

Please print this gift card to keep for future purchases. To use on future purchases, you will simply key in the code on your gift card at checkout.

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with them! We inspect all items before we ship out to our customers. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) so that we can rectify this issue as best as we can. 

ShopPay Installment purchases are subject to Lucky Chics standard return policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 15 days of fulfillment. If you have returned your order, partial or full, and you have not paid off all of your ShopPay installments, then you will continue to pay off your ShopPay installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount and then you will receive a  STORE CREDIT for the full amount of the item(s) being returned.
